Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and creative Technical Content Engineer – Intern to join our team for a six-month internship. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing technical content, problems, challenges, and assessments to evaluate the skills and competencies of candidates across various domains, including Data structures and Algorithms, Programming, Full Stack, Data Science, Machine Learning and more.

  • Design, create, and validate technical problems and assessments across various domains including but not limited to Data structures and Algorithms, Programming, Full Stack, Data Science, Machine Learning
  • Develop clear, concise problem statements and solutions, ensuring that they effectively measure a candidate’s technical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the quality and relevance of the problems
  • Ensure the developed content is of varying difficulty levels to cater to a wide range of candidates and customer requirements
  • Review and update the existing content to maintain relevance and accuracy
  • Provide detailed documentation and guidelines, solutions, project plans, trackers, status reports, issue logs, etc
  • Test and debug the problems/technical projects to ensure they function as intended in the platform environment
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new methodologies and technologies into the content
  • Deliver KTs and technical enablement sessions as and when required
  • Prepare self-help resources like articles and know-how videos
Educational Requirement

Final semester student or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field

Qualification and Requirements
  • Eagerness to Learn: Demonstrated willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and concepts
  • Data Structures & Algorithms: Strong foundational knowledge and application of data structures and algorithms in problem-solving
  • Languages: Proficiency in CPP, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Frameworks: Hands-on experience with any frontend and backend frameworks
  • Data Science and Machine Learning skills
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Location: Remote, with on-site presence required as needed.
