3. Detailed Information about Role and Responsibilities:

At eLitmus, you will start by immersing yourself in a specific function such as Account Management, Marketing, Operations, or B2B Sales. Your journey will be one of mastery as you become the domain expert, taking end-to-end ownership of your function. After this initial phase, you’ll have the flexibility to venture into custom-built roles across various functions or even spearhead new business verticals. Some of the roles we offer include:

• Account Management/Customer Success: Strategize and execute talent pipeline management, fostering win-win partnerships with clients.
• Marketing: Establish the digital marketing division from scratch, build the brand, and create campus ambassador programs.
• Operations: Ensure operational excellence, manage supply chain intricacies, and ensure smooth delivery.
• B2B Sales: Identify and nurture new B2B clients, devise tailored solutions using eLitmus products and services.

4. Requirements:

We are looking for individuals who possess high initiative, persistence, and ownership. You should be driven by a desire to achieve and be capable of driving projects forward.

5. Education Requirement:

• 2023 batch B.E. / B.Tech. (Any branch) / BSc. (Statistics)
• Exceptional extracurriculars, PORs, internships, initiatives, and achievements.
• Consistently strong academic performance (typically in the top 10% of the batch).

6. Experience Requirement:
